Egena Younger and her husband moved to Columbus, Ohio, several years ago and she quickly grew to appreciate the warm people, loyal Ohio State fans, and the growing real estate opportunities in Columbus and the surrounding areas.At a young age, she watched her parents invest in properties and was impressed by the increased value to the properties and neighborhoods, through renovation and community home ownership.Admiring what her parents were able to accomplish, Egena desires to help bring those opportunities to her clients, so she joined Coldwell Banker Realty, because of the many programs Coldwell Banker offers to sellers and buyers to make the real estate process less intimidating and more successful.

Egena graduated from James Madison University with a degree in psychology and public administration.She worked with a fortune 100 company, where she learned personal property and commercial contracts, policy, and regulations.She went on to become a consultant and negotiator for a law firm, utilizing contracts and case law to advocate for injured individuals.Following the example of her mother, Egena is passionate about volunteering in her community and her greatest ambition is to help ease the burden of those suffering from cancer.She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., which provides her many opportunities to serve her local community and assist national charitable organizations.

Egena works with integrity and devotion to educate, advocate and make sure her clients successfully navigate the real estate process, as a seller, buyer, and/or an investor.
